The SxS Refrigerator Ice Container stores ice in the freezer compartment for dispensing. If the housing is cracked or has rusted, replacing this part may alleviate these issues. When removing the icemaker container, be sure to lift the ice shut off arm up. Please note that this ice container does not include parts for the auger. Replacing this part will require no disassembly or repair experience. You must unplug the refrigerator or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing.
